i think so.
I am a huge Audrey Hepburn fan. It’s hard to choose one, they are all so good. I especially love her wardrobe in My Fair Lady. I just really really love all of her movies, however I really love her in Sabrina. I remember watching it when I was younger I wanted to be her so bad. I wanted to wear all her fabulous clothes, and I wanted her adorable hair. Unfortunately, I cut my hair very short and absolutely hated it. I would ask my mom a week or two after I cut it if it would be long again in a of couple weeks and I just kept asking, she said “no, I’m sorry, it might be longer than that.” This turned into me having a fear of cutting my hair.

Here are the rules:
1 - Go to the Superpower Wiki.
2 - Click the “Random page” button on the left hand side once. Only once.
3 - Revel (or dismay) in the fact that this is your new superpower. But I bet it’s awesome even if it’s crappy because you now have a goddamn superpower. Who wouldn’t want a superpower? No one, that’s who. Unless you’re a dude and you get Pregnancy, which admittedly kind of sucks as far as powers go. Sorry about that.
4 - Post the results. No cheating!

So, this past Wednesday (September 22) marked the anniversary of LOST and also the day I started my LOST re-watch. I am doing a LOST re-watch to coincide with the Jay & Jack LOST podcast. So the deal is watch 2 episodes a week, reflect on the episode, or make observations, and enjoy the genius that is LOST. Then I listen to their weekly podcast and compare and reflect. Sounds fun, right? I will be posting things that come to mind after watching the eps and my own opinions as well. Not sure if anyone will read this, or even if anyone cares to read this but if someone else is doing it too that would be awesome to discuss.
This week’s eps “The Pilot: pars 1 & 2”:
That’s all I can think of today. Until next week….
This one is a toss up for me. I LOVE LOTR. It’s one of my all time fave book series, and I love the movie too. I love watching all three extended versions in one day it = an EPIC day.

My other one is the Harry Potter series. I thoroughly enjoy the books and the movies.

Run Ronnie Run!
If you don’t know me, or know much about me, then what you should know is that I am in LOVE with David Cross. I will watch anything he is in. I loved Mr. Show and I loved Arrested Development. I love him.
The movie that comes to mind currently was Spiderman 3. I was way bummed. I went with a group of people, and we were all so stoked to see it. We went to the midnight showing, and waited outside for hours before we got in. We all had these huge grins on our faces…then when we walked out it was clear we were all so disappointed and bummed that we had even wasted our time. Such a disappointment. I think I’m still a little hurt by it.

And then they made out.
Just thinking about it made me get goosepumps.
i wish. *le sigh*
TRIVIA: LOST - PILOT: PART 1
The production budget for the two-hour pilot was $12 million, far greater than the cost of most television shows. This led to Disney firing ABC Entertainment Chairman Lloyd Braun for greenlighting the show, which went on to became ABC’s biggest hit in years.
When the idea was to have Jack killed off in the pilot, the creators discussed casting Michael Keaton as Jack.
Jack was meant to die in the pilot. The “pilot” in the trees after Jack, Charlie, and Kate were chased was actually supposed to be Jack.
Boone frequently wears a t-shirt with Chinese characters meaning 84, which are two of the numbers that frequently appear throughout the show.
In the original pilot, in which Jack dies when the group finds the cockpit, Kate was to emerge as the leader for the survivors, motivating them to build shelter and begin considering life as permanent residents of the island.
The cast were not allowed to see the set of the cockpit leaning against some trees. They were made to cover their eyes until the cameras rolled so the look of shock in their eyes would be genuine.
It cost $250,000 just to ship the wrecked plane pieces to Hawaii. The wreckage was clearly visible to aircraft landing at nearby Honolulu airport so airlines were advised to tell concerned passengers that they were actually seeing a TV set.
During its original airing, the first half of the pilot was shown without commercials.
The still-turning jet engine on the beach was added in digitally later. During filming, all that was on set was the cowling.
Note that there is hardly any red in the opening crash, including on the plane and its logo. This was J.J. Abrams’ wish as he didn’t want to desensitize audiences with too much gore, and also to make the full revelation of Jack’s injury more impactful.
The scene where Jack asks Kate to sew up his back injury was the audition scene used to select the two actors to play Jack and Kate.
For the first flashback in the series - set on board the plane before it crashes - the interior fuselage set was the same one that was used in the feature film Soul Plane (2004).
Jorge Garcia was the first actor cast for the first season.
“Black and white” myth: Charlie puts white tape on his fingers, and writes “Fate” with a black marker.
J.J. Abrams was originally going to cast Michael Keaton for Jack Shephard before the pilot was finally scripted, when Jack was going to be killed off halfway through. When it was changed that he would be a regular, in fact the star of the show as opposed to a guest spot, Keaton declined.
On 19th of November 2005 the Lost numbers (4, 8, 15, 16, 23, 42) almost came up in the Irish lottery; however the 42 a 24. So many people had been playing these same numbers that they only received EUR341 each for matching 5 numbers, instead of the usual EUR12,000.

I think I’m on the correct day? I think I missed a couple? I feel like I haven’t been on here in days, but I have no concept of time. Anyways, for this one I’ll say The Waterboy or any Adam Sandler movie for that matter…. I used to think Adam Sandler was so hilarious, now I can’t even watch one of his movies without wanting to gouge my eyes out.
